What's included with my Guestlense purchase?

Guestlense has 3 packages to choose from (Digital Guestbook, Guestbook + QR Prints, Guestbook + QR Prints + Polaroid Prints). Each package includes unlimited guests and unlimited photo and video uploads. Additional features are dependent on which package you choose.

How do I setup Guestlense as the host?

Setting up a Guestlense event is easy. Simply choose a package, and start setting up your event in the event management dashboard. Once your event is set up, download and add your QR code to one of our Canva templates. These are what you'll display around your event for guests to scan and upload. Note: If you purchased QR code prints along with your event order follow the print instructions on your event management dashboard.

How do guests upload to/view my Guestlense gallery?

Guests can easily access your Guestlense gallery by scanning the QR code. This will take them directly to your gallery page, where they can enter their first and last name. Once they're in, they can view other guests' uploads as well as upload their own photos and videos.

Can I delete photos and videos uploaded to my event?

Yes! You as the host can delete and photos or videos from your event management page.

Can guests view the gallery in real time during the event?

Yes. Guests can view and upload media to the gallery during the event.

How do I submit my order for the QR code table prints?

Go to your event management dashboard for the specific event. If your plan includes QR code table prints, you will see instructions on how to order them.

Can guests download from the gallery?

Yes! Your guests can view and download media from the gallery.

Can guests delete photos from the gallery?

No. Guests can not delete photos from the gallery. Only the host can.

How long is the upload window for guests?

Your guests can upload media to your gallery from the time you create your event until 3 months after your event date.

Do guests need an internet connection to upload to the gallery?

Yes. Guests will need internet connection to upload media to your gallery.

How many guests can upload to my gallery?

Each Guestlense plan allows for unlimited guests and unlimited uploads.

Are all my photos + videos safe?

Yes. You can password protect your gallery page to ensure only your guests can access it.

General FAQs

What's the maximum file size I can upload to Guestlense?

The maximum file size that can be uploaded to a gallery is 500mb.

How far in advance can I purchase Guestlense for my event?

You can purchase a Guestlense package at anytime. The 3 month upload period doesn't go into effect until your event date.

I have a multi-day event. Can I use Guestlense?

How long can I access my Guestlense gallery after the event?

Yes! Guests can upload photos and videos for 3 months starting on the first day of your event.

When I download my gallery, will I receive the full resolution photos and videos or a compressed version?

Yes. All photos will be downloaded at full resolution. Videos are slightly compressed to accommodate usability .

How much data storage do I get?

Each Guestlense package comes with unlimited photos and video storage.

How many times can I download my photos and videos?

You and guests can download photos and videos as many times as you'd like.

How do I download my photos and videos?

Photos and videos can be downloaded directly from your gallery page, or in bulk from your event management dashboard.

Some of my guests didn't upload their photos on the day of the event

No problem at all. Simply copy and send guests the link to your gallery page. Guests will be able to upload their photos and videos for 3 months after your event date.
